Terms of Service

Kiss & Tell is a technology platform designed to facilitate destination weddings, group travel, and private events by enabling hosts, guests, and accommodation providers to coordinate logistics, communicate, and book group accommodations.

Each event hosted on the Platform operates within a private, invitation-based group hub created by the event host (a “Group”). These Groups function as closed ecosystems where invited participants can access event details, communicate with other attendees, manage attendance, and coordinate accommodations associated with that event.

The Platform provides tools that allow:

• Event hosts to organize gatherings and coordinate group travel
• Guests to manage attendance and book accommodations within a group stay
• Hotels, resorts, villas, and venues to offer group room blocks and accommodations
• Transportation and activity providers to offer group activities, excursions and ground transportation

Kiss & Tell does not own, operate, or control any hotels, venues, or accommodations listed on the Platform. All accommodations and related services are provided directly by the applicable accommodation provider under their own contractual terms.

Users of the Platform may participate in different roles.

Users must register to access booking and group coordination features of the Platform.

Kiss & Tell operates as a technology marketplace and booking platform that enables users to discover venues and accommodations, coordinate group bookings, communicate with invited participants, and manage logistics associated with destination weddings and group travel.

We provide software tools and services that allow users to:

• Discover venues and accommodations
• Coordinate group bookings
• Communicate with guests and vendors
• Process booking payments

Kiss & Tell is not a travel agency, hotel operator, or accommodation provider. All accommodations and services are delivered directly by the applicable accommodation provider.

Kiss & Tell does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any accommodation or venue listed on the Platform.

Kiss & Tell provides technology and logistics infrastructure that allows group travel bookings to be coordinated efficiently, but does not provide or control the underlying accommodations or event services delivered by Vendors.

In some cases, Life Unfiltered Media, Inc. may also offer event planning or concierge services outside of the Platform. Any such services are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Terms.

To simplify group bookings and logistics, Kiss & Tell facilitates the collection, administration, and disbursement of payments between users and Vendors associated with group room blocks and event-related bookings.

By making a booking through the Platform, you authorize Life Unfiltered Media, Inc. (d/b/a Kiss & Tell) to act as a limited payment collection agent for the applicable accommodation provider.

This authorization permits Kiss & Tell to:

• Collect booking payments from Hosts and Guests
• Temporarily hold those funds
• Administer payment schedules associated with group room blocks
• Disburse payments to accommodation providers on behalf of the booking parties

Payments made through the Platform are processed through Kiss & Tell’s designated third-party payment processor (currently Stripe).

Payments may include:

• Accommodation deposits
• Room payments made by individual guests
• Event-related booking payments

Because group stays typically involve multiple guests reserving individual rooms within a shared room block, payments may be aggregated and disbursed to accommodation providers in scheduled lump-sum transfers rather than as individual room payments.

This process is commonly used by hotels and group accommodation providers to simplify reconciliation and accounting.

Disbursements are made according to the payment schedule defined in the booking agreement between the Host and the accommodation provider.

Kiss & Tell earns revenue through commissions on bookings made through the Platform.

In most cases:

• Kiss & Tell retains a 10% commission on venue and accommodation bookings.

For contracts structured using commissionable rates, Kiss & Tell deducts its commission before transferring funds to the accommodation provider.

For contracts structured using net rates, Kiss & Tell transfers the agreed net rate to the accommodation provider and adds applicable commissions and platform fees to the booking transaction.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (currently approximately 3%) may also apply.

All applicable fees are disclosed during the booking process.

A booking is considered confirmed when:

• The required deposit or payment has been successfully processed through the Platform, and
• The accommodation provider confirms the reservation.

The terms governing the stay, including cancellation policies, payment schedules, and room block requirements, are determined by the accommodation provider and agreed to by the Host.

Accommodation providers are solely responsible for:

• Delivering the accommodations and services booked through the Platform
• Honoring pricing, room availability, and booking terms
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Any disputes regarding the quality, availability, or performance of accommodations must be resolved directly with the accommodation provider.

Kiss & Tell is not responsible for provider actions, omissions, or contractual disputes.

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid bookings made through the Platform without first contacting Kiss & Tell to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, Kiss & Tell reserves the right to:

• Provide transaction records and booking agreements to the payment processor
• Recover any disputed amounts owed under the booking agreement
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive disputes

Users remain responsible for any amounts owed under the applicable accommodation agreement.

Payment services for the Platform are provided by third-party payment processors, currently including Stripe.

By making or accepting payments through the Platform, users agree to be bound by the applicable payment processor’s terms and policies.

Kiss & Tell does not directly store or process credit card or banking information. Payment credentials are transmitted securely to the payment processor and handled in accordance with the processor’s security and compliance standards.

Kiss & Tell is not responsible for errors, outages, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Payments collected through the Platform may be temporarily held by Life Unfiltered Media, Inc. (d/b/a Kiss & Tell) in order to facilitate group bookings and comply with the payment schedules defined in accommodation agreements.

Because group stays often involve multiple guests booking individual rooms within a shared room block, payments may be collected over time and aggregated prior to disbursement to the applicable accommodation provider.

Accommodation providers typically receive payments according to the contractually agreed payment schedule, which may occur monthly, quarterly, or at other intervals defined in the booking agreement.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Kiss & Tell may temporarily hold collected funds for the purpose of administering group bookings.
• Disbursements may occur on a delayed schedule consistent with the accommodation provider agreement.

Kiss & Tell does not pay interest on funds held during this process.

While Kiss & Tell strives to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or availability of listings or accommodations provided by third parties.

Accommodation providers may update pricing, availability, and policies at any time.

All content, software, branding, and technology associated with the Platform are the property of Life Unfiltered Media, Inc. or its licensors.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Platform software and tools
• Booking and logistics technology
• Design, branding, and visual assets
• Written and multimedia content

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Kiss & Tell uses Google APIs to connect event information with user calendars and to power location and map features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiss & Tell shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Accommodation provider actions or omissions
• Travel disruptions or delays
• Booking disputes between users and accommodation providers
• Changes in availability, pricing, or policies by providers

Kiss & Tell’s total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount paid to Kiss & Tell in connection with the applicable booking.

Unauthorized use of the Platform may result in suspension or termination of access and may give rise to legal claims or criminal liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
