Villa Tasca is located on the road from Palermo to Monreale, in a 20 acre park full of citrus orchards and majestic century-old trees. While the Villa was originally built in the 1500's, the oasis which protects it is one of Sicily's most emblematic Victorian-era Romantic gardens.

Throughout its history, the Villa has hosted celebrations both for important family events as well as to honor the artists performing at the Teatro Massimo. The family weddings were particularly enchanting. Traditionally, the bride was given a special room on the Paino Nobile with its own boudoir to prepare herself, rest and receive the relatives that would help her during one of the most emotional moments of her life.
