The Castle is located since the 17th Century, at the Southern part of Attica, on the way to the Archaeological site of Sounion Peninsula, at a distance of 1.000 meters from the sea, while offering a gorgeous view and unique sun-sets. It is one of the oldest and probably most historic private residences in Greece, that are still maintained in excellent condition and it belongs to the same family since 1836. Within 60 strema (15 acres) of private land, except from the 350 year old Castle with the Museum furniture and atmosphere, there is a complex of buildings, stables, worker’s houses, water wells and other secondary spaces.
