The estate cultivates a variety of grape types, including Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, and Rolle. The Chef curates a menu inspired by the estate’s own vegetable garden, as well as its fine wines and olive oils, offering colorful, flavorful, and seasonal dishes.
